The conceptual paper thus argues that the core drivers of a value co-creating organization that further leads to employees' innovative work behavior cannot be assumed to occur automatically in the organization, but needs to be cultivated using the AMO framework of HR practices and employees' knowledge sharing behavior. Nevertheless, this study also looks at the factors that motivate organizational internal actors i.e., employees working in different departments of an organization either as a supplier or consumer, to engage in co-creation activities that encourage them to strategically manage their co-creation relationships in the form of increased intra-functional coordination that ultimately help develop their encouraging behavior towards innovation. This study intends to establish the link between the associated components of HR practices such as employee's ability, motivation, and opportunity (AMO) with employees' desired behavioral outcome i.e., knowledge sharing, as the key inputs of the intra-firm value co-creation activities and processes. The results showed that achievement motivation has a positive relationship with most of those organizational capabilities, which in turn they are positively related to firm performance. The research study was conducted based on 214 respondents who are in the creative industry. This study aims to examine the relationship between achievement motivation and organizational capabilities, specifically knowledge creation, organizational creativity, entrepreneurial orientation, and organizational agility, as these capabilities play crucial roles in shaping the firm performance and supporting the development of the Indonesian creative industry. Thus, Indonesia would clearly benefit from the development of its creative industry. The creative industry, in its current state, is already contributing a significant amount to Indonesia's Economy on exports and gross domestic product amounting to 13.77% and 7.44% respectively. The creative industry, a relatively new industry in Indonesia, shows great promise despite having problems, particularly in sustaining its competitive advantage. Research Limitations & Implications-The limitations of this study are that the resulting analysis is limited to affirming past research on the variables and that this is a cross-sectional study with a specific research context which implies that the results of this study only represent the condition at the specific point in time the research is conducted.

Managers and government actors seeking to improve the industry should consider the AM of the workforce. Managerial Implications in the South East Asian Context-This paper reveals AM as the possible true cause of the issues faced by the creative industry in Indonesia. Theoretical Contribution/Originality-This paper extends the research on AM to the organizational level and analyzes its relationships with organizational capabilities and FP in an integrated fashion.

The study examines 214 valid respondent survey answers from invited respondents from the Indonesian creative industry via email and social media platforms. Design/Methodology/Approach-This paper is a confirmatory study that uses a quantitative approach utilizing an online survey/questionnaire. Research Aims-This paper aims to validate achievement motivation (AM) as a possible cause of the issues faced in the Indonesian creative industry context and establish a possible relationship between variables comprising organizational capabilities and organizational performance.
